The following terms are intended to be used to avoid any misunderstandings. Any person anticipating dispute may be better to trade elsewhere, as Catseye Private Press would prefer to avoid dispute.

Submission and acceptance of all orders conveys and presumes knowledge and the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Catseye Press is a simple partnership between Mark Pressman and Graham Pressman in their retirement.

Catseye Press do not to author any copy.

Nothing communicated by Catseye Press, Mark Pressman or Graham Pressman shall be construed as a guarantee. Whilst every word is spoken with good intent, Catseye Press has no means of predicting future events and nothing said by the partners is intended so to do.

All carriage is the responsibility of the end user. Catseye Press is prepared to use any carrier designated by the end user or may designate a carrier on behalf of the customer, but decline responsibility for that carrier's action or inaction at any time. The customer has the option to arrange collection from Catseye Press by any designated carrier. Collection by carriers shall be in vehicles not exceeding 30cwt GVW except by prior agreement.

Electronic communication of requests to print shall be deemed as hard copy and firm instructions, as received by Catseye Private Press. Communications using paper are often more accurate and may be used to accompany data-copy. Accuracy of communications is the responsibility of the customer.

These terms and conditions may be altered or varied at the discretion of Catseye Press.

GARMENTS
There are lots of new pictures up there showing the various colours (beware! All screens show them slightly differently, so be understanding of that and don't buy if the exact colour is that important to you. This is for guidance only.) and shirt types. There is a huge range up there, so I will phone you if there should be any stock problems. There will not be for now, but we have about 6 of each colour for most colours and more of some. We also have a full range of sizes. Again! I strongly recommend ordering a size too large, as we all tend to think of ourselves as slightly smaller than we really are. The sizes (Small, Medium, Large, X-large etc. are for guidance only. Although I don't mind replacing if you get it wrong (you post them back to me at your expense and I send the replacement back to you at my expense), please try to keep them absolutely unworn and in perfect condition. I don't make enough on these to be throwing them away and Mark and I are both XXL, so any other size is no good to us. If I can't sell them to someone else, I can't credit you. Sorry!
